2. Pricing & GST

All prices displayed on our website are in AUD and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier costs, market conditions, or logistics adjustments.

3. Minimum Order & Delivery Policy

• Minimum wholesale order: $350 + GST
• Free delivery across Sydney metro for orders over $500 + GST
• Orders below $500 + GST may incur a delivery surcharge depending on location
• Delivery days: Wednesday and Friday
• Estimated delivery timeframe: 3–5 business days
• Regional and outer-metro deliveries may require additional delivery time and charges

Please note that delivery charges apply for locations outside the Sydney metro area.

4. Order Confirmation Process

Once an order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for our team to confirm stock availability.

A quotation will be provided for your approval before stock is dispatched.

Our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm:

• Stock availability
• Delivery schedule
• Final order details

Orders will only be processed after confirmation and approval.

5. Payments

All orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless a separate credit arrangement has been approved in writing.

We accept approved payment methods displayed at checkout.

6. Delivery Policy

Delivery is carried out according to our scheduled delivery days and logistics availability.

Wholesale Select is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external circumstances.

7. Risk & Ownership

Ownership of goods remains with Wholesale Select until full payment is received.

Once goods are delivered, risk transfers to the customer.

8. Returns & Claims

All claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be returned in original condition where applicable.

We reserve the right to assess and approve all return requests.

9. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

10. Important Notice

Due to ongoing increases in fuel, freight, and logistics costs, delivery terms, schedules, and charges may be adjusted without prior notice.

We reserve the right to update policies as required to maintain operational efficiency.

11. Liability

Wholesale Select is not liable for any indirect loss, business interruption, or damages arising from the use of our products or services.

We ensure all products meet supplier quality standards at the time of dispatch.
